Just to say a huge thank you for the excellent tune to my piano today (as always). The difference is remarkable but most importantly is the level of service you provide without asking.... near enough is not good enough for you!! It’s humbling to think in today’s high speed society there are a few that still wish to deliver nothing but the best of service. Thank you
John, Newtown

This method is used when either; the shank has snapped flush to the butt and / or there isn't enough material left to use the hammer shank extracting tool and cylindrical clamp.
