** for pianos at current pitch. If not at Concert Pitch, and Concert Pitch is required / needed then the piano will need a pitch raise.

This is usually the case if the piano hasn't been tuned for a very long time / you want to be able to play along with other instruments then

a pitch raise may be needed, which may incur an extra charge.
